The objective: to compare the correct use of different types inhalers in patients with COPD and bronchial asthma. Subjects Methods. 100 108 BA were examined. Nine devices evaluated – a metered dose inhaler (MDI), Rapihaler, Respimat, Breezhaler, CDM, Turbuhaler, Genuair, Spiromax, Ellipta. application technique was assessed before patient read instructions governed by his intuition, after reading instructions, training inhalation investigating physician. Results. When used they managed them successfully more than 30% cases Ellipta, Spiromax. After achieved 80% when using CDM inhaler, Training conducted physician resulted 100% success rate for inhaler. With asthma observed 50% MDI. Genuair. allowed achieving Conclusion. Inhalers vary significantly patients’ ability correctly. Asthma master better versus patients. Liquid difficult be correctly, best results multi-dose powder inhalers. patient’s healthcare professional is critical assure

heteropoly acids (hpa) and their salts have advantages as catalysts which make them both economically and environmentally attractive, strong br?nsted acidity, exhibiting fast reversible multi-electron redox transformations under rather mild conditions, very high solubility in polar solvents, fairly high thermal stability in the solid states, and efficient oxidizing ability, so that they are imp...
